Curious about TSO? Here are answers to some common questions.

  • TSO is designed for children ages 1–15, with spaces created to support a variety of sensory needs, play styles, and developmental levels.

  • No! While TSO was created with neurodivergent children in mind, all children and families are welcome. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can play, learn, and belong together.

  • Safety is one of our top priorities. TSO plans to include secured play areas, staff supervision, sensory-conscious design, and safety-focused procedures to help create a safe and supportive experience for all families. TSO also plans to offer an optional elopement wristband system available for purchase, designed to help connect children with their parents or caregivers for added security and peace of mind during visits.

  • You can stay connected by following us on Instagram and signing up for updates on our website to receive grand opening news, events, and announcements.

  • Yes! TSO plans to offer sensory-friendly birthday parties, private events, themed experiences, field trips, daycare visits, homeschool groups, therapy groups, and other community outings designed to be safe, fun, and inclusive for all families.

  • Yes. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult age 18 or older during their visit, as TSO is not a drop-off facility. TSO also plans to include a comfortable parent lounge where caregivers can relax, recharge, and remain close to their children while still being part of the experience
